Item A-006A Frontier War Cavalry Saddle Bag associated with horses and the military supplies were required to make peripheral items commonly to attach to saddles, such as saddle bags to carry provisions or mail. This bag attaches behind the saddle.


Item A-006B Set of Spurs with partial leather straps, marked “German Silver” on the inner curve of each. These were the standard spurs issued to enlisted cavalry including the legendary Buffalo Soldiers and horse artillery during the Civil War Era and Frontier War.


Item A-006C leather belt with Army non-commissioned Officer’s Brass Eagle Belt Buckle (Item A-006D) stating, “E PLURIBUS UNUM” meaning Latin phrase that translates to “out of many, one” and is the official motto of the United States. This belt would have been used by the Buffalo Soldiers during the American Wars on the Western Frontier.
